At Alden & Finch, we understand that the delivery of your garments is an integral part of the luxury experience. We are dedicated to ensuring your orders arrive securely, efficiently, and in pristine condition.

Delivery Options & Timeframes We are pleased to offer two distinct delivery services to suit your schedule. All timeframes apply from the day of dispatch:

• Complimentary Shipping (Standard): Free of charge. Delivery takes between 5 and 12 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of £3.00. Delivery takes between 5 and 8 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Delivery Deadline & Compliance In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, all deliveries will be completed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless a specific alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon with you. In the highly unlikely event that your delivery exceeds this 30-day window, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full and immediate refund.

Loss and Damage (Risk of Transit) We maintain complete accountability for your purchase during its journey. The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains entirely with Alden & Finch until the physical product is safely received by you, or by a person designated by you to take possession of the items.

International Deliveries For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, please note that any local customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
